Jess says … Harrison’s famous baked salami couldn’t even get started with any other sausage maker.
Stacey says … my love affair with Vienna Beef products is ancestral in nature, having been brought up on the hot dogs, corned beef, and salami since I could chew. No one does it better, and a Chicago Hot Dog without a Vienna Beef dog in the bun just isn’t worth its celery salt. The salami is the perfect balance of meat and spice, and not too fatty. I like to let them hang for a while to get the world’s best ‘hard salami’, but for the baked version (see Recipes section for how-to) fresh is the only way to go.
