Jess says…Harrison’s famous baked salami couldn’t even get started with any other sausage maker.
Stacey says…my love affair with Vienna Beef products is ancestral in nature, having been brought up on the hot dogs, corned beef, and salami since I could chew. No one does it better, and a Chicago Hot Dog without a Vienna Beef dog in the bun just isn’t worth its celery salt. The salami is the perfect balance of meat and spice, and not too fatty. I like to let them hang for a while to get the world’s best ‘hard salami’, but for the baked version (see Recipes section for how-to) fresh is the only way to go.
